If for whatever reason you find it necessary to return your Insta-Focus Glasses to us for refund, we will return your purchase price minus a $3 handling and restocking charge per item providing that:
- The products must be received by us within 30 days of when received.
- The products must not be damaged or show obvious signs of wear.
The fees cover restocking costs and credit card transaction fees which are incurred both when orders are placed and when refunds are issued.
Products may also be exchanged within 6 weeks of delivery providing that the glasses are still in like-new condition. There is a $3 exchange fee to cover the cost of postage and packaging. Simply return the glasses with a note indicating which model(s) you would like in exchange. If the price difference is in your favor a credit minus the $3 exchange fee will be issued to the credit card on file; otherwise, any balance due will be charged.
NOTE: Return fees higher than $3 may be required to countries outside the US, Canada and Mexico. Fees may vary, depending on the size of the order being returned. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR DETAILS BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCTS FROM OUTSIDE THESE 3 COUNTRIES.
WARRANTY: Products found to be defective will be replaced free of charge within a period of 6 months. The product must not show evidence of inflicted damage.

vision that Insta-Focus Glasses provide, they are not recommended for use when operating
a moving vehicle. Persons who drive around
wearing the Insta-Focus Glasses do so at their own risk. ClearVision
Hawaii cannot be held accountable for any indirect, special, incidental,
or consequential losses, damages, or accidents arising in any manner from
the inappropriate use of its products.
